SYNOPSIS
Francisco, a middle-aged Cuban exile working at a holding house for illegal immigrants crosses paths with Cecilia, a ten-year-old Mexican girl who has crossed the border without her family.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Mike Ott studied under Thom Andersen at the California Institute of the Arts where he received his Masters of Fine Arts degree in Film/Video. His feature film, Littlerock, won numerous awards, including the Audience Award at the 2010 AFI Fest, a Gotham Award, and in 2011, Mike won an Independent Spirit Award for "Someone to Watch". In 2014 Mike released Lake Los Angeles (2014) which is the third film in his Antelope Valley desert trilogy which also includes: Littlerock (2010) and Pearblossom Hwy (2012).
