Detroit, 1995. A troubled young aspiring rapper takes his last chances to become successful while dealing with every part of his life breaking down. He is now single, has few friends, an alcoholic mother and is dealing with poverty and living in a violent city. His only way out of ghetto life is throught his talent in rapping. Will B-Rabbit prevail and seize the shot he’s given or will he let it slip?

Setting his sights on another city, Hanson was critically acclaimed for directing Eminem in Universal Pictures' 8 Mile (2002), which co-starred Kim Basinger, Mekhi Phifer and many Detroit-based actors.
